Deanna and I have always
had a desire to serve the
Lord wherever we are.
Ministry has been such an integral part of our family. Being able to serve Him, brings joy to our lives. Our passion is serving Him as well as being able to use our gifts and abilities to help others in ministry. We are so excited to be heading overseas as team church planters and pray that we would continue to glorify our Lord in all that we do.
The Lord has allowed us to be a part
of so many things that He is
doing around the world.

The Lord took a young boy who grew up in Florida and a young girl who grew up on the mission field in Spain and brought them together at a small Bible college in Powell, TN.
Deanna and I met at Crown College in Powell, TN. 7 months after meeting for the first time, we were standing on the altar to be married.
After Bible College, I accepted my first job in full-time ministry and served as a youth pastor. With the Lord’s help, we were able to start a bus route, bring in the Awana program, lead VBS, teach Sunday school, teach the Wednesday night teen class and work with young people through activities, outreach and Bible studies.
While serving at PHBC, the Lord began stirring my heart about missions and church planting. Could this be real?
Over the next several years, we would raise support for the field, study the language and learn about church planting in Peru, South America. From there we moved to Venezuela, only to have our visas denied. We eventually landed bak in the US and began preparing to be team church planters to the country of Spain.
Our family joined a team of missionaries to plant a church in the heart of Spain. Upon starting the church, one of our goals was to saturate the entire city with the Gospel. Not only did we build relationships and share the Gospel on a personal level, but we also produced and distributed 50,000 gospel DVD’s and 50,000 packets with a Gospel tract, invitation to our church and a John and Romans. We placed these in every mailbox in the city. We also developed a Gospel website that offered free Bibles and promoted it though social media. God did a great work in that city. We saw people get saved, baptized and grow in the Lord. Another church was started with converts from the church in Parla, a city 60 kilometers north of there. Both still remain and are healthy, Gospel preaching churches.
After our church planting efforts in Spain, the Lord directed our family back to the church where I came to faith in Christ.
For the past 8 years, my family and I have been at Beacon Baptist church in Jupiter, Florida. I have been on staff under Pastor Jim Blalock as the Administrative Pastor. Deanna and I have served in and led a number of different ministries and outreach programs out of Beacon Baptist Church. Some of the ministries were: Awana, Multimedia Ministry, VBS, summer youth camps and missions trips, teen activities, Church-wide fellowships, 3on3 Basketball Outreach, youth choir, office administration, finances and more.
Beacon Baptist Church will be our sending church and Mission Board.
We have seen God do some great things during our many years of serving Him in the ministry.
We believe that the experience that God has allowed us to gain will play a big role in what he allows us to do on the mission field.
It is with great confidence that I submit this letter of recommendation for Jeffrey Andrews for missionary support in your ministry. I offer my complete endorsement for consideration by your Church. I have observed Jeff and his family grow into seasoned servants of Christ over the past 19 years. He has great experience serving abroad on the mission field and has been employed at Beacon for over 8 years. He and his family have always made a powerful impact upon our people. I have experienced his dedication and devotion to our Lord firsthand. He has a tireless work ethic, and his positive and loving attitude is apparent to everyone around him.
Jeff and his family have proven to be honorable, steadfast, and obedient in all that God has called them to do. He is a strong leader, a good listener, and has been a devoted husband and father to his family. His love for God’s Word is equally noticeable and his gift for preaching is self-evident. His wife is blessed with a wonderful spirit of joy and wisdom.
Any church would be greatly blessed to partner with Jeff in their ministry. I sincerely hope you discover Jeff to be the great minister and friend I have come to know.
After working closely with Jeff and Deanna for over 20 years I can confidently give them both my wholehearted recommendation as church planting missionaries. I have seen their consistent character and contagious love for the Lord up close on the field in Madrid, Spain.
While in Spain, Jeff initiated and led a team to plant a church in the New Testament pattern, in a modern, urban setting. He created new and effective forms of evangelism through which thousands heard the glorious Gospel of Christ and some responded in faith. He faithfully discipled these new believers in the Word who are now teaching and preaching every week. Deanna tirelessly discipled ladies, worked with children, and led the music ministry.
You can see why I believe that Jeff and Deanna will fill a unique and effective role on our church planting team as evangelists, disciple makers, and trainers for other church planters in Europe and the region.
It takes time to assess the character and faithfulness of a missionary. I have had the opportunity of witnessing both of these qualities in Jeffrey and Deanna Andrews since they began their journey together in 2001. I have known them to be fully surrendered to Christ. I have also had the privilege of working alongside them in ministry. In 2010 we teamed up with them and planted a church in the city of Parla, Madrid (Spain).
Jeffrey is a servant. Anyone that knows him can attest to that. He labors first and foremost for the glory of God and the well-being of others. He is also a hard worker. During the early stages of the church plant he planned and implemented a strategy to saturate the city of Parla with the gospel which led to the conversion of several people that are serving in ministry today. During that time, he also proved himself as a faithful expositor of the Word and a diligent disciple-maker. Deanna is my sister and an exemplary Christian lady. I have seen her grow into a skillful organizer of women’s and children’s ministries, as well as a loving wife and mother, which she considers her primary ministry. I strongly encourage you to consider supporting them.
